I start working at UMR ENvironnement, Ville et Société as a research assistant in the ISTHME research team, designing 3D geovisualizations methods in different urban planning contexts (flood risk mitigation, public presentation of raod designs, 3D analysis and communication towards citizens for local urban plans, landscape analysis for windmills or quarry projects, etc.).
I worked 3 years on my PhD under a CIFRE agreement (Industrial agreement of learning/training by research) in a 3D city Modelling Agency (Géo-Vision-Avenir), developing 3D geovisualizations for urban planning for various public organizations, oberving their uses and evaluating their impact on profesionnal practices (efficiency and schortcomings/precautions for use in urban plannign settings, especially with citizens). This PhD was supervised by Thierry Joliveau.
While writing my PhD, I worked on several action-research projects, in order to design, deploy and assess the impact of the use of 3D geovisualizations inf floodmitigation policies, .
Defense of my PhD on the production and uses of 3D geovisualizations for urban planning.
I develop training and research on uses of 3D geovisualizations in various urban contexts and on the development of 3D City Information Models.
